1.3. Cancellation and Refund

1.3.1 Cancellation and Refunds for donations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us through the provided channels with the details of your donation. We will review your request and respond in a timely manner. 

1.3.2. KRI Trust reserves the right to decline refund requests in all cases.

1.4. Donors have the right to request a tax receipt for their donations. KRI Trust will provide tax receipts for eligible donations in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations. Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete information (including PAN number) to facilitate the issuance of tax receipts. 

Intellectual Property

2.1. All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and audiovisual materials, displayed on the KRI Trust website or any associated platforms, are the intellectual property of KRI Trust and are protected by copyright laws.

2.2. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use the content from KRI Trust without obtaining prior written permission from us.
